Your Warmup heating system carries factory warranties on all components. These warranties are dependant on the installation being done correctly. We would suggest you first contact your installer, so that the installation, wiring, electrical supply and so on can be inspected. If you are still experiencing a problem or do not recall who installed your heating system, please contact us and we will arrange for a certified installer in your area to contact you for a service.

Should the problem be as a result of a factory defect, the certified installer will put through a warranty claim to Warmup on your behalf. Note that all claims are subject to site and product inspection by a Warmup Technical Consultant.
