I, the registered holder of the warranty of the Warmup Heater, am fully aware of the operating instructions for the heater and undertake to adhere to them in their entirety.
I have read the terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty and have accepted them and understand that the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the heater only, and no claim can be brought against the manufacturer or his agents for any consequential damage whatsoever.
I further understand that this warranty is not automatically transferable but might be transferred at the manufacturer’s sole discretion to a fresh applicant.
