Spreading heat evenly and therefore withstands heavy traffic, eliminates the risk of electric shock and overheating. Our heaters are designed to run continuously and are completely waterproof. We put all our heaters through a safety test before packaging. Our undertile wire is put through a series of in house tests before it is even put into our production line.

We charge + - R1400 per kilowatt and in order to know what kilowatts you require I need the square meterage of your room. Making sure you have measured from wall to wall (including cupboard space). We will then take that square meterage and multiply it by 80 watts if you have a standard room size. If you have a room with large windows and high ceiling volume we suggest working with 100 watts per square meter. This will then give you a figure of the watts you require in order to heat your room sufficiently E.g. 25 square meters x 80 watts = 2000 watts required divided by 1000 = 2 kilowatts required x R1400 = R2800 inc instillation and a basic thermostat. But we do not install. We work through heating specialists who are fully trained by us. I will give you contact details or take your details for a heating specialist we recommend you make use of in your area.

- Undercarpet is a pre made foil based pad.
- Undertile is a pre determined cable length that needs to be laced onto a prepared screeded surface, covered with fiberglass mesh and screed to the existing floor surface. *
- Underfloor is a pre determined cable length that needs to be laced onto a floor surface, covered with a screed or cement topping of at least 25mm.
- Underlaminate is a pre made foil based pad manufactured with a lower wattage output, these pads need to cover as much of the floor space as possible. A thermostat with a floor sensor must be used to limit the pad as never to exceed 27 degrees Celsius.
We use foil so that the heat is evenly distributed.
Thermostats
It is cost saving because the heater will turn off once it has reached the desired temperature.
We would first establish what your requirements would be before recommend a thermostat. Questions we would ask: Is the thermostat to fit into a 100mm x 100mm (4 x 4) or 50mm x 100mm (2 x 4) wall box or is the thermostat to be surface mounted next to a wall socket outlet. Would you prefer a programmable (SET and FORGET) or manually operated electronic thermostat. * For heating pads that need to be plugged straight into a socket outlet we would recommend Warmup's electronic plug-in thermostat.

A programmable thermostat has the ability to control both temperature and time.
Yes, a thermostat is choice. Although it is cost effective.
It is a personal choice, you may use turn the heaters on and off as you would like or you may choose to have a programmable thermostat that will provide warmth when you need it. This method of control is the most economical.
Comfort
No more than 35 degrees with out a thermostat, but it is influenced by surrounding factors.
The carpet fitter should replace the damaged unit so that the end user is not "put out", we in turn will repair the unit if this is possible, depending on the extent of the damage.
Warranty
We guarantee that our heaters are fully operational and safe when they leave our factory.
Our warranty is for 5 years, if anything may go wrong with the heater that is proved to be because of a factory fault then we will replace the heater at no charge.
We are still able to find out if the heater is under warranty by looking at the rating plate on the heater which will always have a manufactured date on it.
We would like our undercarpet heaters to be registered and your information is important to us.
The installer is responsible to come out and see what the problem is and if he is unable to find the fault he will contact our technical team and we will take it to finish.
